Return Policy

We offer 30-day returns or exchanges for all US orders within 30 days of purchase. To start the return or exchange process please use the link below.


We hope you loved what you’ve ordered, but just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, we make the return process as easy as possible for you. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returns are subject to a $5.99 restocking fee. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Make sure you have these on hand:

- Your order number

- The email associated with your order

International Orders

Unfortunately, all international orders are not eligible for an exchange or store credit. 

Lost/Stolen Items

Orders which have been delivered late due to carrier (USPS, or UPS) cannot be returned. You can contact the carrier with your tracking number to open a claim and request a refund on the shipping cost from the carrier.

We do not provide refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages but please reach out to us so we can help resolve the situation.

Seasonal Items

Unfortunately, seasonal items such as costumes and holiday items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
